"Sleep is imperative to maintaining your health. Without it, you increase your susceptibility to an astonishing array of health problems, including heart disease, stroke, diabetes, obesity and depression. Apart from that, not getting enough sleep can compromise your immune system, says Professor Stanlay Coren, author of Sleep Thieves. you exercise and eat well in order to keep your immune system up, explain Coren, but if you lack sleep, you undo all that good work. The immune system works best when you are asleep because that is when the natural killer cells are generated. Natural killer cells are part of your body's defense systems against external infections."

Berdasarkan petikan diatas jelaslah bahawa saya sedang mengalami depression, sistem imuniti bdan saya xberapa stabil menyebabkan emosi juga xstabil. Antara emosi yg jelas kelihatan ialah cepat 'touching' atau cepat terasa, benda kecik pun boley membuatkan wajah berubah 'ketat' dan masam mencuka. Barulah saya sedar kenapa ia berlaku kerana diri ini bukanlah jenis nk 'touching2' , tak rock lar touching2 niy tapi apa kan daya. Ia adalah perubahan tanpa sedar. Insyallah , kawalan emosi akan diteruskan. Kasihan sahabat2 saya yg menjadi mangsa.
Marilah kita tidur dgn secukupnya dan makan dgn sebaiknya, semoga anda bijak menghargai diri anda sendiri. Sayangi diri anda sendiri sebelum anda ingin menyayangi @ disayangi orang lain.
